Solidarities : Rethiking territorial cooperations, un multiscalar vision
Public policies are often part of delimited territories, whether at the level of States (sovereignty) or local authorities (localism). Rethinking territorial cooperation involves going beyond this limited framework to go beyond the usual dimensions in order to implement interterritorial policies that can take on a cross-border dimension. Cooperation, collaboration and solidarity will therefore be considered at the local, national and regional levels but also at the international level. This multi-scalar vision will make it possible to highlight the role of cooperation in reducing social and territorial inequalities and in strengthening their adaptation. The wish of the group is to rely on cross-views through concrete case studies in order to highlight the issues of territorial coverage, the importance of networking in cooperation, and the evolution of boundaries of actions in terms of access to basic services.
